Anywhere else it would be too much. In a palace... it seemed just right. 


Ceiling panels and chandeliers covered in wings of 1.6 million iridescent jewel beetles. Incredible.

Wow! I have never seen that before. I have been to Brussels and really liked it but did not go for long so still have a lot to see.
Have you been to the Horta Museum? That is lovely!

Incredible is right! I wonder whose job it was to collect all those wings and glue them on?
