I think I am going up,
I think I may rise ---
The beads of hot metal fly, and I, love, I
Am a pure acetylene
Virgin
Attended by roses,
By kisses, by cherubim,
By whatever these pink things mean.
Sylvia Plath
(1932-1963)
The happiness quotient promises to be high this week:~
- Order out of chaos
- Wishes come true
- Rose-tinted glasses
- Friendship, sisterhood, love
- Simple pleasures
- A little luxury
- The big picture
- Minute detail
- Cracks painted over
- One door closes...
- Stopping to smell the roses
- Rain or shine
- In the pink
- Gifts from the heart
- Let the good times roll
Clichés all, all true.

Love all the hot pink! So bright and happy!
Pink in all its shades is such a happy colour, and your mosaic is just beautiful! Oh, I do hope you are going to post a mosaic every day of Happy Week, Kendalee - that will definitely make me very happy! (Lovely choice of poem, too ...)

Love to read Sylvia Plath!
What wonderful pinks. That makes me happy too.
Thank you for your kind words...I am loving Happy Week!
beautifullll! Pink food is good as well...mostly confections I guess - or ham...but you rarely see beautiful things described as "ham pink"...Ham would not be "happy" for the piggy so I will not say HAM again!
Happy week!

I looked at each one of the photos in the mosaic again and again. At first the pink was too much and then somehow it settled and I could feel my lips forming a smile.
