Turquoise dreaming

The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn, the bird waits in the egg, and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs.
Dreams are the seedlings of realities.
James Allen
(1864-1912)

Refreshing wonderful summer colour- I want to wear this colour and I want to be tall and thin and looking hot in this colour. I think i will have to just be grateful for your poste, however, i will not be tall or thin or hot in this lifetime even if I wear this colour...sad summer tale.Thank you for the beauty, Ms. Kendalee!

Glorious turquoise! Your photo mosaic makes me want to go swimming or flying or just to be near water. I was just about to comment that the quote was one of my many favourites when I saw Art Propelled....thanks Kendalee.

I have not been to your corner since purple Friday, and my gosh, the beauty that I missed! The quotes, the horse pic and the heart cloud and all those gorgeous things you believe. And these blues. Oh,these blues!

It is needful to add you to my "kindred soul" list in my own corner, so I will stay abreast of your happy ways. :)

What a "cool" picture...in the way that makes me feel cool on a hot day. I also love your cloud!

Great quote. And beautiful colour - I love the spots of yellow lighting up the turquoise. (It is so weird - a bit of synchronicity - I was standing in my kitchen tonight looking at the bluey/greeny colours I have there, and thinking of doing a colour mosaic later this week!)
PS I had a great shock when you said that you were a dreep - as I know the word (also according to my Oxford dictionary) to mean "an ineffective person"! Now this I know about you, kendalee, you are certainly not ineffective! I saw also that Denise wished she was a dreep - wow - something was definitely wrong here - so I googled and saw the Urban dictionary defining it as a tall, skinny person. Well, interesting how meanings change! So, you are a dreep indeed, but your kind of dreep, not my kind of dreep, if you know what I mean!

You have hit upon my favourite colour! I could gaze at turquoise for ever! I love reading about what you believe yesterday too and since then have been having flashes of thought about what I believe. It is a hard thing for me to put into words I think but reading your list has made me at least think a little more about it.
Hope this week is turning into a better one than last week!

I love the brightness of these. And like Linda Sue said it is a refreshing summer color. It makes me just want to dive in.

I would have to say this is one of my favourites. The blue palette just pulls me in.

The words speak to me even more loudly. I am living a dream this week which very much was first a period of silence and dreaming. I was reflecting on the beauty of this while flying to the US earlier today.

I love the blue and yellow kaleidescope. Soothing, and summery, and thought provoking. The quote is perfect.

Beautiful Kendalee.

I think one of the very best things a child could have in their life is a wonderful auntie who thinks that they are devine.

Love the James Allen quote -- his writings consist of one zinger right after another. And Turquoise, well I have come lately to loving this color. I most recently bought in Mexico a big ol' turquoise ring with wonderful filigree silver work -- made for a man, so I wear it on one of my middle fingers and think powerfully aggressive feminine thoughts!
