Brief journeys - walk to work on a soft day in May

I love the soft days: summer-green trees, fresh gentle rain, air not too cold, sky not too grey, Canadian babies on the canal... It's a sweet way to start the day.

i agree. it's raining here too - though not the gentle rain you get. more like buckets of water pouring from the sky!

What a lovely way to start your day - it looks so beautiful and fresh! (It is raining here too ... and I have unfortunately fallen out of the habit of taking a walk first thing in the morning.)

I wonder how long your walk is? What a perfect way to transition between home and work, I wish I could do that. These photos make me feel the air.

Your world looks like mine:). I love the photo of the goslings - spring is magical that way. We saw our first fawns the other day. SO sweet!
Great that you can walk to work, and start the day so gently. Enjoy!

Very pretty. Again, I'm drawn to those raindrops on leaves and the ripples in the water. Great shots :)
