Already thinking about something lovely I might reward myself with at the end of this process of clearance.
Nothing to clutter the newly acquired emotional and physical space. Just a little something to decorate it. And to mark the milestone.
But then again, perhaps I'll just live with the space for a while...

These are so airy and pretty- fluttering around on the little breeze created by a whoosh of your pashmina. I was somewhat inspired by your decluttering venture, though didn't want to go overboard, I decluttered one surface...it's a start...

these are beautiful. one of the thing that excites me most about moving to ireland is the prospect of starting a home from scratch again. i have loved living in my home here in sa and very precious memories are attached to it but the thought of a clean, fresh palette is exciting! i think i will spend a few hours in etsy shops finding the finishing touches.
your thought of simply enjoying the space is also a reminder. a reminder to simply be and to allow the life you lead to also be a part of who you are.
