Valentine's day can be hard, especially when it's in dreary February. I celebrate it as a day to enjoy love in general, not as a romantic love only day, which can be so conditional and ephemeral (and commercially cheesy!). Plus you know that there are thousands of couples out there who are upset because one or the other didn't meet expectations. Bah to all that!

i did. we did outreach at an old age home. giving is always the first step to receiving. i received so much.
