...again!
Maybe in a parallel life I am doing this. I hope so.
I'm not sure if I think these guys are insane or incredible. Probably a bit of both?
Either way, I envy them the sensation of free flying.
Either way, I envy them the sensation of free flying.
I won't be jumping off any cliffs or high buildings wearing my glittery wings but if I ever lay my hands on one of those wingsuits, who knows?

I would love to fly, but this scares me way too much.
I have done paragliding numerous times. It is scary the first time you jump off of the mountain. The next time you can't get over the cliff fast enough...
I find that this is true emotionally, spiritually and physically when any challenge poses itself.
Wow, must be a glorious sensation. They make it look so easy too.
I've always wanted to fly, that is take flying lessons. Unfortunately I don't think that is likely.
I like your glittery wings.
mrs.french - it terrifies me too but I know that if I could get past that and actually jump it would be so exhilarating! I probably never will though :)
claire - I've done paragliding once too - only a tandem jump granted - but it was still one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced, in all the ways you describe. These guys are really extreme though, aren't they? Awesome!
lynne - only so much one can cram into a single life isn't there?! How frustrating I find that sometimes. I'm reconciled to that now though and my glittery wings being probably as close to the flying thing as I'll get now! :)
