Anairam - it's a wonderful city, isn't it? I too have some great memories of time spent there, and miss it when I stay away too long... I hope you do get to go back!
I am SOOOO homesick for London! Only lived there for about a year and three quarters and loved everything about it, even the foul air and pasty complexion. Can't wait to see what you saw! Cheers! and THANK YOU!
linda sue, I think London is one of those places that can capture your heart no matter how briefly you are there... It's a demanding city but it gives a lot in return and I SO relate to your homesickness for it! I'm lucky to be able to pop back occasionally. I hope you enjoy the very few pictures I managed to take on the day and recognise one or two spots you have been to yourself so that you feel you have visited too...
