Changes and choices...

There's something in the air. I feel restless and that it's time for a change. This is the sort of feeling that often happens to me in conjunction with the changing of the seasons and so, as we are right in the middle of one, I'm not sure whether this is a late summer onset or an early autumn.

Normally at times like this I have the urge to pack a small bag, head to the airport and buy a ticket to anywhere. Or to start browsing the job pages... All a little drastic, I appreciate. But I do feel compelled to act in some way. So how can I tackle this without major upheaval to my life?

I know, I'll go shopping.

Not very Zen? True. But I never underestimate the power of a little useful retail therapy.

I'm tired of the decor in my sitting room. There's nothing really wrong with it, and I can't do much about the furniture, but I feel it could do with a bit of freshening up. I'm thinking a few new accessories will give it a lift and I fancy some cushions are what I am looking for. I love the way cushions, with relatively little financial outlay, can change the feeling and mood of the room.

I'm loving these.

Now all I have to do is decide... Any thoughts?
