Teeny tiny stars...

For my part I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of stars makes me dream.
Vincent Van Gogh
(1853-1890)

...keep turning up in sunlit corners and stuck to the bottom of my bare feet, despite several sweepings since the celebration of my sister's recent visit where they originally featured.

I love it.

I think a random sprinkling of confetti could become the norm around here. Why not? One of the perks of living alone, with wooden floors throughout.

They make me smile. Just like your lovely words of welcome and support have - sparkly heart confetti. Thank you beautiful people.

Wishing you a very happy Wednesday!

the teeny tiny stars used to be a feature of our home several years ago, but since Hero accidentally swallowed one and there was a bit of scare involving an ambulance trip, they have been banned from the home :) currently, we have a constant sprinkling of silver glitter around the house.

how have you been?

I'm still discovering shiny stars we used for Christmas crafts! And the passenger seats in my car all full of glitter from mother's day crafts my son made at school. I once thought that whoever gets in the car, we get out of it being more glamorous!

Tiny starts that catch light and show up in random places? I understand. Linda Sue sent me a pkg with shiny red hearts stashed in the open spots. The hearts of love scattered willfully about the room and even when I sent a handful back to her, they persist. I think such things take on a life of their own.

I can quite see that as a way of decorating. I love it when the glitter is left after Christmas and took great pleasure at shaking a glitter covered cloth out of the back door of the nursery the other day and seeing it sparkle in the sun.

There's something magical about having stars stick to your feet, I think.

Hi Kenda, sorry girl it's been a while since I've stopped by. No excuse about that.

I just came back from Beverly and HAD to let you know (wich I totaly was not aware of at all). I was going through her book Beaded Colorways....and found my name next to yours in her acknowledgments.....WASN'T THAT AMAZING. Did you know? Well I for sure didn't at all. Just left her the last time when the book was at print. Gosh makes me feel soooo darn proud to be in a book next to your name. Uh. wonderful how things turn out.

Well just so you know ;-)
Hope you're hanging in there my friend. Beverly and I talked about what a beautiful person you are.
So nurture yourself dear lady.
Softest hugs Dagmar
