Oh wow..simple words put into powerful images. Must be something in the air, because almost everyone I visit seems to be feeling that way.
Hugs across the world to you ()

Oh dear! Those pictures say it all. Hope it is just one of those days and your inside will match your outside tomorrow!

What a feeling to have, isn't it? Fortunately, it all does get better after a time. :)

Calm on the outside and wild on the inside? Frothy on the inside? Turbulent on the inside? Excited on the inside? Those inside feelings sound good to me, too! We probably need a balance of both ...

me too - all the time, my friend, all the time. you've captured in images what i think words cannot describe; but a feeling that many of us can relate to.

and yay for your friends riding elephants!

Hi sweetie, I wish I could bring your waters to calm down again. But some periods are a little rough to get you to nicer places. Be well and hang in there friend.

Kendalee- I just returned and am catching up on the week- love your wedding shots-Gernsey. Dramatic place- passion, sister!
I don't know that crashing and smashing inside is a great thing. I think they sell digestive aids for that.
I do "get" that the inside is sometimes way too confined by the stuff that keeps it all together- skin , I think it is, and would rather just Burst the seams...like Jill Bolte Taylor- become one with the emense energy that is the universe...weird that we get a tiny portion of that energy stuck in a small sack of skin to wander this planet to deal with it...curious. Digestive aids and maybe opium seem to be the only quick, temporary fix- the other - less temporary- would be to shed this earthly coil...not ready for that quite yet.
In the meantime ....

Oh Kenda,
I wish I could make some hot tea for you... or pour a glass of wine and sit and talk.
