yes, it's true what sarah says - butterflies remind me of you now. in fact i was telling em that i'm not sure who is more into butterflies anymore - em or you :)
Sweet! Your corner must be very happy with the butterflies , I see, some even know words that I don't know! So many bugs take a back seat to butterflies...but I guess a mobile of potato bugs would not be as stunning, would it...I am trying to be fair.
Oh, I love your butterflies - I can imagine them floating in the breeze. And of course, when something is on printed paper it just makes it SO much better! I had to giggle at Linda Sue's comment - I can just imagine a mobile of, let's say, cockroaches ... Actually, now that I think about it, that could look pretty cool ... (PS The zine - well - still doing lots of thinking and mulling and letting it simmer in the back of my mind. I'm hoping with you that it is not going to be a 15-year Patchwork Wait.)
They are lovely. What creative soul did made these? Great to have a friend who gives you butterflies who float in the breeze and make you smile on top of it.
Your rabble of butterflies is beautiful! And I particularly love that they appear to be made from dictionary pages - perfect for someone who has such a wonderful way with words :)
The main things which seem to me important on their own account, and not merely as means to other things, are knowledge, art, instinctive happiness, and relations of friendship or affection.
Bertrand Russell
The aim of life is to live, and to live means to be aware, joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware.
