Looking up

white on white
April 2009

I've had my head down for so long. Watching my feet to make sure that they stay on the ground and keep moving forwards. And it's good to be grounded, right?

But there's a lot that's missed when hearts and eyes are kept averted.

This weekend, I'm going to find a quiet spot and spend a little time looking out towards the horizon. And up. Around and up.

Who knows what I might see out there...

The views are so much better when there are no worries in our hearts...leave them all behind & don't look back... ~Lovely weekend to you beautiful!

Don't bump into anything, or anybody. On the other hand? Have fun being in the air. I wish you lots of light and let it touch your heart.

You might see ... stars ... wispy clouds changing shape... birds migrating ...

So perhaps light, transformation and a different direction?

So easy to walk with our heads down - focused, perhaps a little too serious.

Have a lovely weekend looking up - laugh, sing, twirl and see where it takes you!

hee hee hee! kendalee, this reminds me so much of a drawing i did last year, wondering why i look down at my feet so much instead of looking up. maybe you'll find some good excuses in here :D

Claire - you're right, hope is above ground level!

Lenore - thank you! Light hearts float better that's for sure!

Kamana - will do! :o)

BfH - That's a very really danger Dagmar, I'm a bit clumsy!

Anairam - light, transformation and a new direction sound like just what's needed around here, so fingers crossed that you're right about that! I must admit that when I look up at this moment all I see is grey and dreary cloud with rain... Oh well, weather passes, hey?

Lisa - thank you!!! Photographic results are so hit and miss for me still but I did like how this turned out.

Beverly - definitely time for a bit of twirling... through the raindrops if they persist!

ELK - true - trees know it and show it, don't they?

Aimee - your post made me smile... I'm definitely on that page with you!!

Renee - thank you. It's your path that's inspirational to me! xo

Cait - The sky might not know it's Spring but the trees do.

Heather - how lovely, I'm going to enter my list for sure!

Heidi - :o) and glad you enjoyed the picture...
