It's true. I do love butterflies and have done for as long as I can remember. I'm not entirely sure why but I just find them endlessly captivating. I've even been known to dress up as a butterfly on occasion. I also have a bit of a thing for collective nouns and I love that the collective noun for butterflies is kaleidoscope. A kaleidoscope of butterflies. How gorgeous! I really like kaleidoscopes too as it happens, but that's a whole different tangent...
Anyway, where was I going with that thought when I started? Oh yes, I like them - we're back to the butterflies now - I like them a lot. And, although I do not want to surround myself with all things butterflied to the extent that I am living in a theme world, I am often attracted to goodies that incorporate a butterfly motif.
I've recently had my eye on these:

Felt butterfly baby booties from Joujoux at Esty (for my niece, although I'd definitely wear them if they were big enough)

But a little butterfly goes a long way, I feel. So perhaps not these:

But then who knows? If I ever make it to the Royal Enclosure at Ascot, I too might go a little overboard on the butterfly thing. (Actually, I quite like the purple one!)

Love the lampshade and necklace!
Aniaram - gorgeous aren't they? I am mad for that necklace but unfortunately at £495 I won't be adding it to my collection any time soon... Unless that lottery win happens, then I might have one in each of the 3 colour options.. :o)
