These were just designed to be a visual impression - my interpretation of the list - and I occasionally included something that I already knew about the person from reading her blog too. I hoped they'd be recognisably connected though.

- Suzanne added - I won't add three colours because I'm too late to be entered in the draw (and I'm finding it too hard to decide! :-)
- I hope Suzanne doesn't mind that I selected some colours on her behalf - based on what other things in her list were suggesting. I wonder if they're anywhere near colours that she likes?
I hate that not everyone could win a parcel in the post but hope that people might accept these mosaics - made 'specially for them - by way of a consolation prize. Not much consolation I grant you (kinda like when I was convinced I was going to win a trip to Hawaii and ended up with a tube of coconut smelling body lotion instead - I wasn't THAT consoled!) but if it's the thought that counts...

Wow -your flickr compositions are works of art in themselves. Hope that's not what you did instead of sleeping!
Thanks Kenda! I love my mosaic... and the predominantly blue colouring (with a touch of earth-tones) is spot on. Also spot on is the picture of the Cardhu whisky, currently one of my favourites! Coincidence... or your psychic powers?
The Glasgow reflections are magnificent, I can practically feel the rumble of that cat purring, and I would love to explore the old Linseed Oil Mill. Thank you for the virtual sensory adventure!
Flickr you say? What is that?!! Please tell me about it!!! :-)
Heather's and Suzzanne's are SO lovely- All of them are! What a good eye you have, dearest! This must have taken FOREVER! Thanks for mine- I LOVE the violet creams...am having them for breakfast along with lemon cake, listening to street music...IN VENICE!..thank you, thank you!
They are absolutely beautiful, kendalee! You really have a very special eye for what works together!
consoled indeed! these are so lovely. all of them. I saved mine.
You've outdone yourself Kendalee! When I saw my mosaic, my eyes lit up because they were of my fav colours and the images work together so well!!
Hmmm Oysters!!
FF - thank you, you're lovely. I must admit that not sleeping did allow for some play on these but I didn't stay up 'specially to do them :)
Suzanne-I'm so chuffed that you liked your selection!Altho I'd like to claim psychic powers, the whisky was a bit of a lucky find- I know it's considered a good Scottish single malt & I enjoyed it on the one occasion I tried it but I'm no connoisseur - didn't know it was one of your faves but glad for the serendipity of that choice... :) Isn't that cat GORGEOUS?!
Ida - If you follow the link to flickr and set up an account (it's free) you can use it to upload and store yr photographs and also view other people's. It's fabulous - so inspiring!!! I can get lost in there for hours looking at people's photographs....
Linda Sue - sounds like a perfect way to start a day!!!Violet creams in Venice!!! PERFECT!
Anairam - thank you! I find it really relaxing to do these. Almost like a meditation. They just sort of happen... Does that sound weird?
Lisa - Aww, you're fab! I'm so pleased you like yours enough to save it. ♥
MK - those oysters had me going too. I LOVE LOVE oysters and it's been waaaaay too long since I last had some. Also fond of a bit of durian if I'm in the right part of the world for it. Altho it's been some time since that happened too. Mmmm... Perhaps some travel is in order soon... Even if just to the seaside! :)
